Policies

*Covid-19 policy and procedures:                         All  guests are required to be healthy and of a normal temperature. Please do not come to your appointment if you have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 , have a temperature or you are not feeling well. Please wear a mask to your appointment. I will require a mask to be worn at all times for me and any guest entering the salon. Gloves shall be provided and worn during all appointments by guests. A complete wipe down of all surfaces between guests. A clean cape will be used for each new guest All tools used shall be sterilized between guests. I will be doing my best to keep my studio clean and sanitary for each and every guest who enters my studio. Clients will text me of their arrival at the salon and wait for me my text to come into the salon. I will meet you at the door with sanitizer and gloves. Thank you for your participation and cooperation to keep everyone safe. My goal is to provide a safe and sanitary space for all my guests.

1) Cheryl's Hairdesign requires a 24 hr. cancellation. If you are unable to cancel within 24 hrs. a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to future bookings before  another appointment can be made.

2) All services are 100% guaranteed. Your satisfaction is my utmost priority and I strive for nothing but the best for all hair services. I require a notification within 7 days  for an adjustment or money back guarantee on all services within 7 days of services.

3) All products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, return products for a full refund or I will exchange for another product with the same value or lesser.
